All content on MyHomeResource — including articles, calculators, questionnaire results, MarkAI responses, and tool outputs — is provided for general educational and informational purposes only.

Nothing on this site constitutes:

• Financial, investment, tax, or legal advice
• A loan offer, rate quote, or commitment to lend
• A guarantee of loan approval, pricing, or eligibility
• Real estate brokerage services beyond what is separately agreed in writing with a licensed professional

Calculator results are estimates based on the inputs you provide and standard assumptions. Actual rates, payments, fees, and program availability depend on your full financial profile, property, lender guidelines, and market conditions. Always consult Mark Dowling or another licensed professional before making financial decisions.

MarkAI is an automated assistant designed to answer common home-buying, selling, lending, and refinancing questions and to point you to relevant tools. MarkAI responses may be generated using third-party AI services. MarkAI:

• Does not provide personalized loan approvals or binding rate quotes
• May produce incomplete or outdated information despite our efforts to keep content accurate
• May save conversation history when you are signed in or using guest save features
• Is subject to daily usage limits per visitor.

You are responsible for verifying important information before acting on it. Use "Get in touch" or contact forms for personalized guidance from a licensed professional.

If you create an account, you agree to provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, misuse the Services, or pose security or legal risk.

Saved profiles, questionnaires, and MarkAI sessions are provided as a convenience. We do not guarantee indefinite storage or recovery of saved data.

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems, accounts, or data
• Scrape, reverse engineer, or overload the site or MarkAI without permission
• Submit false, misleading, or harmful content through forms or chat
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation

When you submit a contact form, questionnaire, escalation request, or similar inquiry, you consent to being contacted by Mark Dowling or authorized representatives via phone, email, or text at the contact information you provide, including for follow-up related to your inquiry.

Links to external loan applications take you to third-party platforms governed by their own terms and privacy policies. Submitting an application through those platforms is a separate process from using MyHomeResource.

The Services, including text, design, logos, calculators, and software, are owned by or licensed to Mark Dowling / MyHomeResource and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may use the site for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission, except as allowed by law.

Our site may link to or include tools from other companies (for example, scheduling, calculators, or loan applications). We are not responsible for those services' availability, content, or practices. Your use of them is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MYHOMERESOURCE, MARK DOWLING, AND AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100) OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US (IF ANY) IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Mark Dowling, MyHomeResource, and related parties from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your misuse of the Services or violation of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, California, and you consent to their jurisdiction, except where prohibited by law.

We may modify these Terms at any time. The "Last updated" date reflects the current version. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes may be highlighted on the site.
